Just to save you from looking for your calculator, that works out to be about a 4.1% cut. Pretty respectable cut, and also a responsible thing to do, I think--in light of the fact that we are probably looking at several years of tight times.

The odds are really stacked against the hatchling loggerhead sea turtles, and the influence of humans is mostly negative. However, some humans do try to make a positive difference.
